This bank provides the worst services I have ever experienced. We are been given wrong information by some of the bank staff and no one cares to ever satisfy your query. If they are unable to solve any query they will say you go to some other bank and open an account there. SHAME ON YOU! You are promoting customers not to use your services.

First of all, it is not bank. It's only an ATM with shutters down most of the time. I had to fill a challan and when I searched nearest Axis bank, it shows up and I wasted my 1 hour by travelling here from Farrukhnagar.

Your bank staff not good behavior. We are been given wrong information by some of the bank staff and no one cares to ever satisfy your query. If they are unable to solve any query they will say you go to some other bank and open an account there. SHAME ON YOU! You are promoting customers not to use your services.

My daughter, who has an existing account in Axis, had applied for NRI account in Branch 720 at Manesar, Gurgaon 3 months ago through a Banking Officer Mr. Narender. I had to enquire every time about its status, and every time there was a new problem cited as to why the account was being delayed. Till date the Bank has not given any feedback on opening status on their own. I had to call up the branch each and every time and visit the branch at least 3 times to follow up on the same. Is it not the responsibility of the Bank to respond and guide a customer to open an account ? It is evident that Axis Bank is not interested in opening NRI account. Very disappointing service from Branch/ Bank.
