★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. It takes them more than an hour just to provide cash to their customers who wish to withdraw via cheque.
Super dissatisfied with this bank and this branch, in particular. The teller is rude and the branch manager is incompetent to provide solutions.
Extremely bad experience with Axis Bank. Given an option, opt for BOI rather than AXIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best banking experience.....I dont know why people have written negative review, I have a priority salary account with this Axis bank branch, I have never visited it in three years....today I was in hurry to finish three jobs at bank....I had to withdraw cash, deposit a cheque for clearance and make an RTGS, the girl at counter Ms Shefali Shah was super efficient and helpful, she didnt took more than fifteen minutes to get all three jobs done, I even requested her to get me a cheque book and same was addressed in blink of an eye. Mr. Prashant was also very helpful. People might have individual experience having an odd bad day but my experience with staff in three years is very good.
