as per my understanding bank is service provide industry bust they only do pass and pass. and ready to give dullish answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service - need update in systematic to make customer life and employee life easier. Customer have to come four to five times to update phone number and wait hours to change contact information it should be online to change contact number and email id. And for the form have organized rack for forms so customer can take whatever they need to fill up by having one person at branch for information so less crowd at all counter.
