★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst service, no any staff respond properly. Even security to management services very poor. They shows bad attitude with customer. Very conjusted space and very slow service.
Suggestion: Take care of customer, the Banking sector is customer based service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken home loan from AXIS Bank but no after sale service, no net banking or phone banking service for home loan accounts. No customer care service, you have to visit loan centre and have to wait for 4-5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever goo for loan to Axis bank they will take the processing fees of 6000 and will do any one of process and then they will deduct the money and say that your loan is not approved it doesn't match over noms. When they check file at that time they will say that there is no error every thing is OK.. As soon as money is deducted automatically there will be error in your file... Worst service my loan as been canceled without any reason and they don't have any answer why they have deducted my money and why my loan was canceled. They are saying that we are talking to top management. @Axis Bank= fraud bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for my aadhar services no doubt my issued solved in comparison to others, but no sitting arrangements for aadhar seva kendra customers, today in hot environment I was suffocated and standing for long 3hrs in parking area, there should be well management sitting for customers. This is very pathetic and disaster management of axis bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. When you go for home loan application they will visit your place. And provide all the support. At the time of loan closure there won't be any support. They will make sure that you need to visit them multiple times. And even after loan is closed they don't inform you that property documents are ready or not.. they don't even share their contact number.. I had visited 4 times after loan closure in last 25 days but still not sure when I will be able to get the documents.

I have taken loan from the bank and no received CLSS number even passed 2 years.
and currently also not received subsidy after waiting period 3+ years.
So please please dont take a any loan from axis bank.
Also I have taken loan from Vadodara loan center and there is no any answer received even visited many times in the loan center.
GO with SBI, BOB, or ICICI bank, where you get proper solution on time and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take loan from Axis bank. First of all, they will follow up regularly when loan is processing. But one its done, the after-sales services are pathetic.
Their customer care will take the request and close it themselves saying customer number not reachable. So you are forced to visit loan center. They have a single loan center in a big city like Vadodara. So the waiting time is 2-3 hours. Even after they take request and assure a callback, the request is again closed saying number is not reachable even after giving alternative contact number. Seems like they don't want to serve after loan is taken.
Wish I could give 0 star.
