★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am FD holder of ICICI home finance. Since last 4 months I am writing to customer care but no response at all. I have mail to nodal office but they have not given reply more than one month. As it was written that they will give reply within 10 days. Afterward I have mail to service head level 03 but they also not responded till today.
ICICI bank customer care has replied on 29.09.2020 and send me 15 H form and I filled and returned back to customer care of ICICI home finance a copy to customer care of ICICI bank. In reply customer care of ICICI HOME FINANCE is asking me all details like Name, PAN no., DoB, FD number Folio No. Customer I'd no, Address etc. But all details are filled in 15H form which they don't want to see or check.
Worst experience and advise not to invest in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Finance bank I have ever been to, staff are A**holes illiterate and have attitude as if they are the Ambani's. Attitude towards consumer is worstttt and non helping in nature.
Also the main person for whom the stamp and signature is required is always missing. I think we should lodge a missing complaint in his/her name.
