COVID case found in this company and still they are working. Can able to work from home easily but to showoff and impress (US team), company is going on. Employees are afraid and right now every IT and BPO companies are working from home in the city due to increase in covid cases but here they are forcing all to attend. So many have demanded to start again WFH facility for their and family member's safety but they ignored. Even TOP MANAGEMENT is working from home, only TLs and associates are coming regularly by risking their lives (Forcefully). All are moved to work under one small premises where there is no social distancing, lack of safety measures and small parking facility but company doesn't care. They only said we have to live with this else doors are open. One man takes all decisions and other are puppets of him. My friend is working here and she's more afraid and even cried by asking WFH option as her family is not allowing her to attend office in such situation but it doesn't matter for Management. HR and admin is just a puppet of upper management. Here, rules and regulations are being changed like cloths to benefit favorite people. Many employees was fired with fake allegations and forced to leave just because they stood against someone. Many integrity issues are hidden to save and promote dearest colleague. You won't be surprised to see many unqualified people in management and you know the reason. So, Don't waste your life's valuable time by joining this organization. Be smart and look for other options.

Pathetic experience They aren't at all focused towards their employees. They aren't sure of what process an employee should be put it. And after two rounds of Interview, they come to know my salary expectations are higher.

One of the best companies to work at as a fresher. I joined this company almost 2 years back and this company has helped me excel in many things, apart from work. Top level management is always supportive of the things that we want to pursue. Great work experience with great coworkers. One of the best thing about AIS is no-one here is is conscious about the position and everyone treats each other really well.

I have been part of AIS for almost 1.5 years. The journey had many ups & downs. I would like to share my experience in brief. AIS is a good company for freshers for gaining experience. Here, the thing i loved was on time salary. The few policies which as per my experience needs to implemented fully or should not be there at all. Mobile policy - employees are not allowed to carry mobiles on floor for data integrity issue I respected the policy & followed every single day but what about TL & managers & people WFO, how can you trust all these guys regarding data integrity issue? Dress policy - here for boys- formals & for girls - formals / kurtis were allowed but if a single day any boy is in casual or even semi formals he used to get a lecture from management but everyday more than half of the girls used to wear jeans/top or which are againt dress policy. I have never seen anybody even requesting them to follow the policy. Why is this unequality or favourtism there? Here, the food facility is here , which i would like to appreciate because its free of cost & unlimited but i would also like highlight to admin department to focus on quality rather not quality. Like employees would be more happier to have 1 sabji & roti which is of good quality & tasty. The food provided by vendor has very mild taste & i have seen my few friends getting ill after eating food here. . To HR team, the Exit interview for an employee should be live & not in a soft copy of an A4 size form paper. If it was there than wouldnt have shared by below experience here. Talking about the team & management. The upper management needs to focus on vikas desai's decision making & implementation & favouritsm In our team we all were used to threatened for transfer into day shift just to show flexibility. I would like to keep my point that people working in night are already flexible thats why they are working in night. Nobody would like to lose to night allowance as all the employees are here to earn good. & In every team meeting ( waste of time) he used to promise the changes he is going to implement but that never happened. Also, i would like to share my experience working under Vikas Desai to Mr. CEO & upper level management During the 3rd wave of covid , on 11th january 2022. All the employees were sent to home as one of our team member came out to positive. WFH was not given as i didnt had personal system. & 2nd day, on 12th january we were back to office because Covid situation was over in less than 24 hours. That day i was marked half day absent by vikas because he sent me home.my half paid leave & half night allowance was deducted because it was his decision to sent me home.also, i requested him to let me stay here & work i am fine with it or provide me system so that i loggin from home. If company doesnt have system to provide for WFH & i am sent home by my TL. So where is my fault to lose out on salary? & his words were ' dont worry, tera nuksan nhi hone dunga' isnt a half PL & amount of half night allowance a lose for me? Also, dont try to implement your decisions forcefully on your team & also think on behalf of employees or your team members & dont treat your team members unequally, i have experienced & felt the behaviour between your favourite old employees & our new batch members. In short AIS is a good company maybe i was part of a wrong team . I learnt & enjoyed. Happy to be part of it.
