★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very vary bad sound quality + loud sound while watching KGF-2 in Screen-5 in Inorbit Mall Cinepolis. To management just go there and watch next show in Screen-5. Do something management of Cinepolis otherwise I recommend going somewhere, where atleast sound is good.
They are just minting money with no quality of sound.

We are coming to Cinema halls to watch ad free movies. But almost we watched ads for 45 mins.
Please improve. Inox and PVR are better than Cinepolis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for KGF2 and really regretted. This was my first time visiting the theatre as others were houseful. The tickets are cheap. But would never recommend this place to anyone who want to watch movies comfortably. The row in front of every seat just touches your legs. There is no leg space to strech even when you stretch the partial recliner seat. Moreover the seat seems they would bang even while you are seated. It not comfortable as hell. They donot have a variety of snacks. Never recommend anyone this place. Basic Ergonomics are not followed. PVR is far and more cheaper.

Secondly the screen resolution and sound quality is inferior as well as seats are not comfortable at all. The other most important problem is advertisement in between internal it took literally half an hour of us show time,
Kindly don't visit Cinepolis again ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness was excellent... only problem is seating arrangement...too much swinging and most of the time your knees will be hurt by the person seating in front seat of yours.... You definitely needs to modify this arrangement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is insufficient legroom in between the seats, and even if we try to recline the seat a little bit, the person behind us gets hit on the leg by our seat. I would suggest to go for any of the PVRs instead. The seats are ergonomically better designed.

Time and in the picture it states the show already started...they didn't intimate the public and also in COVID situation there is huge group of people gathered outside the screen entry....most horrific experience and the theatre is still getting cleaned.
