★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years, their service has really suffered. I don’t know what’s wrong, they never call back after promising to call back for a product. Went to buy a phone, it was out of stock in that colour and it’s been 5 days since then, I have followed up and called like a million times, no one picks up. Horrible experience this time.
There’s absolutely no transparency and don’t even expect them to call you back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy iphone 13 pro alpine green.I ask about cashback offer on card.And during that time one mac book buyer come to store .They were not listening me and giving full concertante on mac book buyer .They are spooling reputation of apple.Go another ivenus store not this store they will not give you sastifactory answer.I will also complain on apple costumer care number about this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service by the store manager of inorbit vadodara. Giving wrong informations about the payment methods and making customers wait for 2 hours. Staff as well as manager of the store having insufficient knowledge about certain payment methods. The store is incapable for handling more than 2-4 customers at a time. Had me waste 3 days to purchase an item and wasn’t been able to make the purchase what so ever. Very bad experience expected from a brand like apple !
