★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and polite staff, specialy the security guard and office boy, very gentleman. I stayed ther for 2-3 hrs for my service issue, and i was served with water and coffee, enjoyed my stay, good staff, great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Staff don't know how to behave with customers. No proper service. I visited to show my one plus. I was facing a problem of slow charging. Their staff told me to wait for 20 minutes. ™ We will clean the charging slot and then we can say what is what ???™ These are her words. After half an hour, I re visited. She returned my phone telling me that, you continue with the phone as it is, repairing will be more expensive. She hadn't given any estimate or tentative figure even.
Anyway, I came back to home and tried to charge my phone. It is not charging. Now what to do ? Original problem was slow charging, now I am unable to charge the phone.
How can we rely on such service center..
Very bad. Negative marking...

Oneplus crew don't know how to handle the crowd. Snapshot of same is attached here.
Strangely, on weekend (when it is said to have major footfalls) manager is having weekoff and rest of team have no clue to manage people.
Token will be given to you after you are in queue for more than 30 mins or even better, when you reach counter and then you would be told to be in line again.
Ohh yes, even for small thing like screen guard you have to be in line ?
Total chaos! Total time waste!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 4 hours of waiting for just reaching to service counter, as there is just one executive at desk & others are just moving around in group. And this has happened after taking prior appointment from their own OnePlus Care+ app... 4 HOURS Huh..Time to move on from the pathetic products & nightmare service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service, only one staff at the service desk to attend to service customers while the wait times to reach the counter is nothing less than 20-30 minutes, The only good part is the security staff they offer water to waiting customers.

There is a queue of 5 customers i have to stand in queue for about half an hour disgusting, i think they should increase no of counters there are only two and 1 only take care of customers service.
