Then also they charged interest on whole amount which was already paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service my mom open an account in month of November till date she Is not received ATM card, and bank employee miss sneha not received my my call and didn't reply for my message.If she pickup by chance provide reason like I m on leave or in the lunch. This is not good branch in case of customer support. I would not like to give any star for their service but there is no option that's why I m giving only 1star

Deactivation of account is like punishment to customer in this bank.
You need to visit branch again and again.
It's 3 month now, still pending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst bank….They called me regarding some other person who was not paying his credit card due…how can u disturb anyone who is not responsible for that without knowing proper reference..U May b having the respective persons address directly go and contact.I was literally tired of saying that I dnt kno that person bt the agent was not ready to listen..????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say this is the most worst branch of Axis bank I have ever seen.
It’s been more than one and a half months and the issue is still pending as it is.
I would like to appreciate the staff member and her name is “Hema” has a master degree for giving fake commitments to customers.
Sent several email to her and called so many times but she doesn’t look like cares.
Every time she don’t forget to give fake commitment.
It’s looks like she is working with Government bank and her attitude express the same.
