★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would given a '0' rating. Worst experience at this Malleshwaram Branch and the staff employed here behave like uneducated and have no proper product information. If we submit any request, we have to visit multiple times to follow up and even after that the work will never get done. I got fed up and had to visit Majestic Axis Bank to get my work done. Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff at Malleshwaram Axis branch. Not at all happy! I will not recommend this branch to anyone. Majestic branch is far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very experience. People (Ms. Sampige) at this branch do not respond properly to customers, even the manager Mr. Madhu also . They don't know how to interact with customers. They Don't even respond to calls, not capable of resolving customer issues. They have deducted huge amount and unable give clarification for what the amount has deducted or on what basis it has been deducted and also give wrong information to customers about banking products and services. Have never seen this type of negligence response in any bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, the charges and fee are highest in Axis Bank among all banks in India. Who will charge 5 rupees every time you download account statement from netbanking? Every action and inaction is charged. Minimum balance charge is 600 rupees while its less than 100 in all other Banks. Pathetic support. Do not open your account in Axis Bank ever and regret later of loosing your hardearned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them a zero rating had it been possible. No official helps at this branch . You can try calling them a million times and they won't answer, even if they do they will have no resolution.
Axis to axis cheque clearance between your own accounts issued directly to sales officer of this branch will not be credited to destination account but amount will be debited from source account. Such is the operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch I ever seen till now, very poor service, staffs working in customer service are not at all deserving the post and not ready to listen what I'm trying to talk, and disconnecting the call before I finish, the worst service I ever received, not at all picking the call also, I'm running behind these people to solve my problem from March 25 ,till now not resolved also , I have lost my money and when I'm asking for the money reversal they are talking about smthng else,
One staff Ms pallavi working in the customer section don't know any language, how customers will interact their problems with these kind of staffs,
