★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need lot of infrastructure and development. At the out side of the bank, a huge crowd of bikes and cycles are there. Mostly all are parked in an unorganised type. Most of the bankers are good except some women banker (who thinks only they have the actual banking knowledge but empty pot sounds loud) who also don't care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankura branch of axis bank is located at the junction point of college road and circus moidan. The branch is equipped with good number of staffs. But the work efficiency of the staffs are not as per expectation from a private bank. They are pretty confused on a bit critical banking issues. Although most of the staffs are well-behaved , there are some staffs who misbehave with customer. One must go directly to the manager is such situations. The bank is generally not crowded. There is a cash deposit machine inside. Banking hour is 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. If you want to deposit a state bank check to your axis bank account, be careful. You might have to face a lot of harassment. Better try other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is situated beside the main road near the saradamani women's college. Services are excellent and very fast. Many staffs are available to help the users. The place is easily noticeable from the road. Rooms are clean and the area is large enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad... Some staff think themselves like govt employees... I went to the bank regarding payment releated issues... They don't help me... And told i am busy.. How much works i do... If i treated like govt bank customer, then why i go to Private bank...
