★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. The down times are huge. You can depend on them for your critical work. They are like government electricity department, once something down after 5pm, they do not take any actions. Take them, only when you do not have any option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service internet disconnects at least once a week for 2-3 hrs and we are told we are working on it and that goes on every week, supposedly Airtel can not set feet in their area in faridabad as company has stay orders to ensure monopoly , today one customer rep told after wait of 3 hrs , aur 3 hrs nahin aayega and asking why , no response , and on background heard him abusing some customer plain simple exploitation of customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reminds me of the time one had to call the telephone operator in the tel exchange to set up your STD/ISD telephone connection, so also, you call up AXN's customer service to give you a line, every time your family calls you on the mobile and wants to skype you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could have given lest than a star to these thieves. I started using this connection on January 19th 2015 and on th same very day my connection was dropped and for consecutively was not working for one day. I called them and they said to me we ware working on it and it came back after 2 hours which again went out for working like 3-4 hours. The guy who installed this connection said that ask anyone and nobody has ever complained to us about our connection n all. They charge me 1255 for 1mbps out of which i should be getting according to ISP of India near about 100-125 Kbps and in actual i get 2.6kbps- 40 kbps and today on 25th July it has dropped from slow speed to latency issue which was already their but now to much. I have complained like 4-5 times in a day but they don't bother. I said the guy my connection is establish however, i am not able to browse, He says connection is working, its the adapter he said and the tech he sent at my home didn't bother to look at my home and went off knowing from me that connection is established but slowly working and said he'll check in office. Then i call office and the guy who is the owner is sooo extreme rude and mannerless that he shouted on me that don't i have any other work to do in my life except working for u. As if i am taking service free from him asswipe. Simply a dumb jaat with disgrace family background yukk to talk with. and finally i am sitting at home and still the issue has not been resolved. But if i delay one day in payment they will strike ur connection. Also, forgot to mention that there tech's are looters as one of them smartly escaped with my ethernet cable. Most useless people and disgusting internet connection ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very much worst service provider as internet disconnect multiple times in a minute. i am using this service from last 9 month only on behalf of a service engineer employed in this AXN Tech. and coincidentally he is my neighbour too. But from last two months i am not getting AXN service at top.Initially they were good at browsing(Not on Download) but at this time i facing the same problem which i had have with BSNL guys.So frankly i would say they are on the same path as of BSNL guys.No Service At BIG COST. I had made complained multiple times but no one has come to resolve it.
At 1 Mbps Plan i am getting 0.09Mbps or maximum 0.3Mbps. The customer care guy also says that it is usual at this 1Mbps plan. So i am really disappointed with this Bullshit.
One star is just only for as there is no other option to post my comment without marking a star.
Otherwise it is very much poor

Reliable in connection but their sad & underpaid employees @ customer service / billing / complaint department talk to customers like they are working there for charity or maybe for free.
After paying them Rs 12,000 / Year just for internet , they treat their customers with disrespect , Wow , What a noble use of my hard earned money.
No respect for the customers or their feedback/complains/Issues,
Hope the owner of the company takes this feedback & saves his organisation from upcoming bad days due to their sad & manner less employees.
They have monopoly in this area because of no other ISP available till now , otherwise i would have cancelled the connection a long time ago.
By the way , i have already purchased a Wifi 3G dongle to use to stay away from their AWESOME customer service experience & will be cancelling this connection shortly.
In Brief - NEVER SIGN UP FOR AXN BROADBAND FARIDABAD / Better you Donate your money for charity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken Axn broadband connection in March 2020 and and after fed up with in one month discontinued the internet services of AXN in April 2020. I have taken 40Mbps plan but their internet speed fluctuates a lot in whole day it varies from 40 to 1mbps because of which even I was not able to do Skype audio calls. My skype skyp disconnects several times due to Network issue. I always need to call AXN team for speed whenever I need to do Skype call, it become frustrating and Axn is not having permanent solution for the internet speed.
