★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the unethical hiring practice company I have ever seen and interviewed at. They offered me position of Sr. HR Manager, during the process they were well informed about my 90 days notice period. Ms. HR started forcing me to join within 30 days of offer released. When I was in discussion with my on going employer and resigned from role, no cooperation received from Ayn and there Super active HR team member. On 16th day post offer , I received call from HR $#ü₹ü+! , she arrogantly told me either you join with us tomorrow or your offer will be considered as void. You can imagine what tough time I had , you have resigned from current job having faith on this organisation. If they can treat this way within HR, rest you can understand. Be cautious before you resign from current role and joining this company.
HR at Ayn pls be supportive and demonstrate empathy to candidates who will be your future asset.
