★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 1.5 BHK with 552 sqft carpet area in I trend Life 2, Wakad. Its a ZERO wastage construction & works like a carpet of 650 sq ft. Excellent Location & best for connectivity. Its a very unique rare 1.5 BHK concept. Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Bus Stops, Mumbai-Banglore Highway, proposed Metro Stations, Malls, Sports Stadiums etc. Best compact 1.5 BHK flats for the small families with 1BHK budget & for those who can't afford genuine 2BHK at a prime location like this. Good project & fast work. Within 6 month after launching the project the 6th slab work is in progress..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to buy flat in itend homes or itrend life or any other project by the same builder , tgen please go through below issues in itrend homes and cross check with them before finalising flat
1. No water in the society, fully depended on tanker water. Earlier Builder has committed borewells and pmrda water connection but nothing has been done.
2. Rain water is coming inside house , they made few holes in d window track but not useful.
3. Best part is location, natural view , amenities.
4. staff is supportive.
But without water no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stayed there for a day, the place is blessed with natural beauty, could hear Peacocks day and night, the complex is still under construction but how much ever it is right now , it's great with amenities and the location. It is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but a peaceful home near Pune , one can have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing service by all executives working at itrend offices. All the work done in the flat has been of high quality. The best part is the amenities offered are of superb quality and they are working on fast track to deliver them soon. For people working in IT know how important work from home facility is. Itrends has a co-working space facility which will allow us to work from the comfort of our homes. The clubhouse is also nicely done. Parking spaces are also well planned. Overall a very good experience. Thanks

Design and Concept - Average.
They says it is a 1.5 BHK, however they are selling 1BHK with the carpet of 500sq. Also with 0% of privacy to Bedroom Washroom or Kitchen. Personally not a good option for investment as well as for self use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with their sales team in Hinjewadi 2 project, they don’t have time to entertain customers even they are getting paid for the same from company..
Even they don’t have experience to understand potential customer and don’t have ethics how to represent themselves in front of customer.
Project is good, But EOD THE PROJECT STANDARDS GET EVALUATED BY PROJECT REPRESENTATIVES, Worst sales team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this after living here for 1.5 years. Construction quality is very poor...walls and ceilings are so thin/hollow that you hear persons walking and snoring in the flats above or next to yours. Very cheap quality materials used for construction...tiles in bath and floor cracking within an year, cracking on walls, damage in windows corner without even being touched upon forget about doing any fitting work, that will make them collapse i suppose. Water issues ...no drinking water available, you need to buy water can, can't use water purifier as filter would need very frequent change since water is extremely poor quality, leaves stain everywhere even on the utensils washed in them. The footfalls and other noises can disturbe your sleep badly in the night or early morning ...oh and did i mention about their horrible flushing system, it can even make a kumbhkaran like sleeper awake once someone uses flush in the above or next flat...water they use in flushing is full of stink and yellow in colour, that can make a sane person puke while using bathroom. multi purpose hall is very much landslide prone. They have not kept any space between the Overall, the quality of life is very worse here...it's a sheer waste of money buying flat here and also a dead investment since you can't find a buyer to offload this property....so be careful if planning to buy a house here.

Close to Mumbai Pune expressway along with an upcoming metro station.It’s really a beautiful place for living.
One of the best places to live.Near to IT hub away from traffic. Real feel of natural beauty.Good Construction with amazing society planning. Here you feel peace of life after work. Society has planned with lots of amenities like jogging track, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, futscal, co-working space, swimming pool etc.
