★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society to be there in. No water 24*7*365 days. No security. Markets are very far away and no means of going to any market. No management and buildings are very poorly constructed with all basic furniture of local quality. Never take any flat from tcg or any it's flat. You would be looted by these burglars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irregular water supply with situations expanding upto 48 hours without no water. Sometimes even electricity goes for 24 hours and there is no back up. No body to hear grievances of tenants. Due to these reasons I will not recommend this society to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small society with two towers and 22 floors in each tower. Small shop inside society for daily uses items
Water is problem and tankers are used for filling underground water tank. Supply start at 6am and may last upto 1-2 pm. Then supply resume at 8 pm for one hour only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not prefer this place to anyone, as the flats are too costly. If you go for rented flats, then for unfurnished flats the rent starts from ₹24000/- for 2BHK. And in this club facilities are not included. For this you have to pay separately.
And from past 1 month there is water scarcity. For first 15 days water was there only for 30 minutes in morning and 30 minutes in evening. Now still the problem is not solved, they provide water for few hours in morning and for an hour in evening. Moreover there is no fixed time, the society management sometimes stops the water flow at any time without notifying the residents.
Also 3-4 street dogs are present within the complex. The management takes no action regarding this. Sometimes in night, they bark and disturb your sleep .
Also the society is located on the main road. So there is a lot of traffic noise, which irritates throughout the day.
Now it has been almost 3 months, that they have water cut, worst society to ever reside in. There are two lifts, but only 1 is working, the light only alternate street lights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth 1 star. Worst construction quality, amenities, water supply. Sometimes there is a water cut of more than 48 hours, and electricity cut of more than 24 hours. From last 3 months water supply is provided for only an hour a day.
There is no one to here residents grievances. Not even suggest these flats to anyone. For a 22 floor building there is only one elevator serviceable, because they shut one lift to save electricity and due to this one has to wait sometimes more than 5 minutes for that elevator.
The society is located on main road, so there is always traffic noise. So in my suggestion do not waste your money in purchasing these flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor construction like if it rains heavily then walls will be soaked with rain water. Worst ever maintenance, rents are too high... The only reason to stay there would be working at phase-2 companies which are Walkable distance.
No 24/7 water supply even, sometimes elevator will also be shutted down to save the electricity. Nobody listens to tenants.

Spacious apartments with a well gated society.
Super accessible to Infosys Phase 2 office- less than a 2 min walk.
Superb sunset views too.
However, there aren't any shops/convenient stores around the area - you'd need your own vehicle/depend on the local bus/auto for commute to get to the nearest grocery shop!
