★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of 2-3 km away garbage dumping ground from park district, that is proposed in punawale Forest. Already many protest happened against garbage dumping ground so PCMC muncipple corporation couldn't start dumping as of now. And as usual in india we can see mountain of garbage once it get start garbage dumping. Park district project is good, but you can buy flat with Owen risk. in future if garbage dumping start you will definitely suffer.

This is regarding Park Titan token.
Pride purple group is full of non-professional people. While booking, they will say it will be a fully refundable token amount, but they will never return the token amount even after multiple follow-ups. All the sales team will block your number when you ask for a refund status.
I already complained to RERA, and I know this fishing is done with multiple customer.
In this digital world, When money can refund within seconds, they work on bankable checks and they will do first printing for 15 days and then they will wait for signing from multiple authority for next 15 days and then they will deposit your amount that will also take 15 days. Such a lame process they follow. Really hopeless people when we ask for refund money.
The sales guy called Vikas blocked our phone when we ask for refund rather sorting the things, sales team is having full of mindless people.
