★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I hav e done agreement for one flat in park connect property, but since beginning it seems that they are not at all polite and for everything they are imposing their own rules n regulations.
I seriously find there are lot many property like this , but the service which this builder is giving is worst for every small thing u have to go into long discussion clarification and u will get disappointment.
The worst thing is that if you escalate among their senior still the same responce...
Feeling like I have been stuck purchasing property with them..
Till now don't know what will going to be happened with the property.. struggling for paper work only..
I wish I have not opted this property

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER GIVE TOKEN TO PRIDE PURPLE GROUP THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR AMOUNT
Pride purple group is full of non-professional people. While booking, they will say it will be a fully refundable token amount, but they will never return the token amount even after multiple follow-ups. All the sales team will block your number when you ask for a refund status.
I already complained to RERA, and I know this fishing is done with multiple customer.
In this digital world, When money can refund within seconds, they work on bankable checks and they will do first printing for 15 days and then they will wait for signing from multiple authority for next 15 days and then they will deposit your amount that will also take 15 days. Such a lame process they follow. Really hopeless people when we ask for refund money.
The sales guy called Vikas blocked our phone when we ask for refund rather sorting the things, sales team is having full of mindless people.
