★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good project situated at the center of Wakad area. The quality of work is good and almost 90% of the work is completed and is in nearing possesion. Area wise it's the best place to stay. The price of flats is reasonable when compared to other projects in this area.
The staff here is very cooperative and they help you with all the queries.

1. Water issue
2. Poor construction quality
3. Lift issue is well known ..Builder fit cheap quality lifts, use to fail
4.Parkings are very small.
I will suggest don't go for this project
