★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one making the rules for the housing society is a borderline lunatic. They have absurd rules that seem to create unconvenience more that maintaing safety. They make their tenants go crazy . Do not rent out leave alone think of investing in real estate in this complex. I have housekeeping staff to tenants to domestic helpers on record saying that it is one of the worst places to live in Wakad.
