★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all good to stay, specially for ladies. Mr. chairman and guards think themselves to be the Magistrates and barges into house without the consent which is totally inappropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited my friends in Su Casa and faced the most unethical behaviour by the Chairman of the Society and One of the OWNERS. They thought they were king. Firstly they barged into girls flat without their permission and then abused us that he knows what we bachelor's do inside the flat. He have 15+ IT experience but no manners at all. One of our male friend visited us 15mins back before this incident and the so called Chairman threatened him that you have entered the society but could not leave. Just because he started filming his drama. They fined us with 10k that too for false allegations. For unauthorized stay and for feeding pigeons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucasa Society is situated on prime location in wakad at datta mandir road just neat Tatva Restaurant. Not so big society but still beautifully made. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, multipurpose court, play ground, kids play area and beautiful garden is present. Fully covered parking is a plus point. 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats are available for rent also. Family is preferred as tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su Casa is a good residential condominium in a fairly busy area of Wakad - a fast growing suburb of historic Pune City in Maharashtra State.
It has several blocks of apartments surrounded by fair amount of greenery and a decent swimming pool in the centre.
Maintenance of the condominium as also the greenery can be improved by putting in extra focus. Overall, a good and convenient place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organized and vibrant... Culture is welcoming and accommodative for newcomers... The place has a happy vibe. It ticks all the boxes for a place to be called SANCTUM SANCTORUM..!! Harmony follows this place like nowhere else.
Every festival is celebrated with millennials participation ensuring memories are made.
SuCasa management works to the best of their abilities so that there is tranquility around.
No nuisance value whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest in wakad still very well maintained, this place has got all the amenities that one can want swimming pool, gym, park, children play area activity area still it's very well maintained houses are big too typical 2 bhk is still has more space than recently constructed buildings.
One think I learnt from my friends is that they have their own fruit garden from which they organise children visit where they teach children to pluck the fruits and vegetables and make something from it.
Full marks for its maintainance.
But it's not good for bachelors if you are bachelor than avoid staying here.
