★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new project by javdekar builder. Javdekar builder is one of the famous builder in Pune area . Location of the project is very near from Wakad Bridge. It's easily accessible from BRT bus stop and Mumbai Pune highway. It's located in heart of Wakad which is having large IT population in area. They have special building for Mhada flats. Recently Mhada has declared the results of 2018 lottery system on 19th December. There are total 15 Flats available for Mhada winners. Construction quality of Mhada flats is good. There is ample space available for parking in front of Mhada building. As per Mhada rule open parking will be available for these flats.
Javdekar builder has kept his regular building beside the Mhada flats. He has also maintained a separate amenity space for his Individual building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse lab to go. Gave wrong results for phosphorous as well as calcium, which wrongly indicated of kidney failure. Had to do tests worth 20,000 from a another bigger hospital and everything came normal and later blood results from good recognized lab said the results Metrolife gave is wrong. The lab owner didnt even refund the money or even apologize.
