★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is located in central wakad area on the main road. Sales office is good, they have few knowledgeable person. Building plan is also good. Prices are bit on higher side compared to the area which is being offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How fair it is to quote 73 lakhs for a flat on 3rd floor with just 700 carpet area?
People buying flat on 13th floor and people buying flat on 3rd floor get it at same price with people on 3rd floor getting open parking and not a closed one..what a wonder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend VJ. I was an owner in Prudentia towers, where we were promised multiple things which were not delivered.
Before buying/investing in Central, please visit any flat in Prudentia towers and then decide yourselves.
Issues: Water leakage under kitchen sink, due to which cabinet door has come out, bathroom sink had come out, all electrical equipments are not of great quality, wet walls and paint coming out due to that! Many many issues.
They ask us to send email to cust care email id, but its like ‘we dont care’!
Multiple issues with VJ’s quality.

You can find all the things you need in your day-to-day life on walkable distance. Adjacent NH48, proposed Phoenix mall, several ICSE/CBSE schools and hospitals/clinics would ensure the guarantee of value appreciation. All modern amenities included taking future requirements into consideration, such as car charging points in the parking area etc. Good for first-home owners.
Sales team is super-friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all your queries and help you throughout the process. It was a good experience booking an apartment here.
