I purchased a 3 seater sofa from RoyalOak branch in Pune, Maharashtra on 15th Aug 2021. This is the third time i have received damaged product (scratches on body), every time the store manager is making excuses and is requesting to keep the damaged one until he gets it replaced. This time I have asked him for a refund as I can see that he cannot get me a quality product. Now he is not picking my call and my request for refund is not addressed yet. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well connected with the expressway. Has basic amenities, I would have loved to better planning of area utilization, nothing fancy about the building materials used. Average quality structure materials used. I would recommend to get a sense check done before finalizing flat for purchase. While on rent its too good at the price offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ initially i was very happy when i had booked a flat here at royal oak... but when i actually moved into the appartment i am very disappointed that i bought a flat here... poor quality flat.. so many issues to face like damage, parking, leakage, unsafe, cleaning, dust all over around... absolutely no feeling of living into a new brand house... Tough to digest the lost money...
Good location though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members and buider is rude especially the engineer...if we go with any issue to them they directly say why you took the possession when possession was took as per their promise date only. There are lot of issues like no water supply everyday once in a day sometimes twice a day material quality used for construction not good construction work not good regert decision of buying flat
