★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great residential project in Wakad. Near Bhumkar Chowk in front if Sayaji Hotel. The builder is good and reputed. Amenities are nearing completion. Building is completed. Open space and buildings look very good. Location is good.

But on time delivery and transparency is a good part

Even my vehicle front shocks are damaged due to big potholes.
Also, i have checked and government will take around 1 year to make road there.
Apart from that if we talk about quality delivered by VJ is worst...
They used low quality and detactive materials
