Best project layout with lucrative price , the developer of this project has made lot of projects in Wakad area. I am now Happy resident of NISARG BELROSE PROJECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, we have visited Nisarg BELROSE project, It's Location is very Good, we found Best Quality of construction, they are using RED BRICKS for All internal and external work, Now a days we can't see that much RED BRICK work in such a big project, Even price of Apartment is also pocket friendly... Next week , we will close the 1 BHK deal Surely. We are Satisfied with Staff, they have given all details and explain the design of the project, and also we found Neatness and Cleanness of the project, It's Worth to recommend this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Ready to move flats are all leaking from inside. Water leakage is there from all walls. Observe it while raining. Parking issues are there. Sales team is showing less amount to attract public and issues are there. Don't buy worst site. Drainage is open near site if you go to live there. And so many legal things are not clear.please verify legal things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I have purchased flat at Nisarg Belrose project and within 5days I got the possession, entire project is with Good Quality of workmanship and the developer is always ready to solve any queries. Some one has written leakage in review... It's false, I have seen almost all flats before finalization... and all flats are neat and clean with very good finished work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Amenities in this areas. Drinking water issue- No pcmc water pipeline. Daily Tankers are coming. Rate are very high as compared to amenities. Irritating noise from CNG pump daily and it's looks like risky. Better options available with all amenities in this areas.
