★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat A 703. Owner was very rude. Not was but still is. He kept my money for oct even though his house got rented out on the 1st of oct. he kept double rent for Oct month. He has no sense to behave properly. Mostly all the families that stay here think they are god gifted and they never were bachelors in their life. They were born married. They just cant stand bachelors becoz they envy our lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guard makes sure to call the house owners before letting the visitor go in. It seems security is fairly good. There is no separate parking for the visitors. They have to park outside the campus.
