Families to bachelor ratio is almost 50/50%.
Overall the environment is peaceful.
Many events are celebrated with lot of participation.
Managing people are approachable & cooperative.
Approach road to the society is in bad condition.
Some of the amenities are long pending.

Only place where you get 24x7 water and all the basic amenities. 5 start to all the people staying here who has made this place most preferred place of accommodation for every one, they also have various festival event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is good but have lack of other facilities like club ,gym ,pool however park is there .Parking is not well maintained . Flats are good although .
There is problem of electricity outage in this area .Overall good for IT people who are working in Hinjewadi phase 1,2,3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat are small and it very crowded.Their is no garden available to get some air.The Sharad apartments next to them has bigger furnished as unfurnished flats available and has a huge garden and playground and even 2 badminton court with a whole badminton club.Also the rent is less compared to this aspiria
