★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the residential area there are two building each consist of 11 floors there is a swimming pool , garden and a huge play area for children each wing have 2 lifts in it and two ladder.
It has a gym and sports room which is open for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you how they have made rules for bachelors and family.
1.Bachelors have to pay 1500rs onetime payment if they want to use the lift to carry the furniture. ( We had four items but only 2 could manage to fit in the lift rest we had to take through stairs)
2. Bachelors can't user Gym , Swimming pool only family members can use.( But they charge full maintenance to bachelors).
3. People are not allowed to walk in the society after 12am .
4.If any 2 wheeler visitor comes he/she has to park the vehicle out of the society even your parking is fully empty.
5. In 2BHK flat more than 4 bachelors are not allowed but if you have even 7 members in your family you are welcomed.
