★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I can see promotional plans by builder & paid (4/5 star) reviews are not even by the real customer of the Savvy Homes. Bitter truth is none of us ( Real customer of Savvy Homes A) are happy as project got delayed almost more than year, developer continuously gave false promise of providing possession, still amenities and finishing work is not yet done. I will neither recommend nor stop anyone to invest in this project. I just suggest to all interested buyers that, invest where you get value of your hard earnings. If Saarrathi Team, reading this reviews then instead of doing all this marketing stuff, maintain quality, stick to words & most important give possession to us as earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a best location as the project is near to the major IT Parks.
Metro station is at the walking distance but truly speaking the other surrounding is worth the spend as Reliance Fresh is at the entrance gate of the project along side is the gold Gym.
Definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Please dont buy in Saarrthi Savvy Homes.. Saarrthi Signor... Saarrthi Skybay.
He is one of thr black listed builder of Pune.
Once he was on the edge of bank Curupcy
We resident are facing issues every day coz of low quality material used.
No open space for people and children.
No adequate parking for the residents.
Water issues.... Every day society has to buy water tankers.
RO water plant encountering issues.
Bore well pumps stopped working within 6months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst decision of my life was to buy with Saarrthi Savvy Homes 2.
Congratulations to them... ??
They finally successful completed 3 floors with a time frame of 1.5years.
Truely a Shameless builder.
I witnessed on my vist that the labours were fighting for their wages and the contractor being very rude to them. Had a small conversation with the labour's as well to get some insights. They told me that the builder is not paying them timely.
The materials used for construct is also very cheap.
All the slabs have leakage issue. Plz visit and witness.
No proper communication from the builder side.

Many projects of Saarrthi have being Black Listed.
He gives you fake promises always.
They took around 1year to complete 2 floors that too without brick work.
Promised aminities are not being offered.
Car park is outside the building compound.
Never ever to buy with then.
Same story with Saarrthi Signor and Saarrthi Skybay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fall by checking five star reviews, all of them are fake. For building quantity rating is zero, for amenities rating is zero. People who said awesome amenities, none of them are owner of a flat here. They're just paid reviews.
If you're looking for authentic review, please visit personally to see actual scene.
One building took 4.5 years to complete and yet to complete all mandatory things. Even parking is not yet ready. Half of parking is outside of society in open area within any boundary, Don't fall into trap.
Read all agreement details, they provide every documents with generic statement, no clarity on any items.
Lift, other materials are very cheap quality. Solar water pipe is bursting every week, leakage in half of the flat within 6 months.
Don't purchase flat in Savvy 2.0 or any Saarrthi society. I would not recommend.
Same happened at Skybay.
even though possession is late by 2 years, no compensation.
Even they may ask extra payment if you don't track all payment details. So careful on transactions
If you deny they don't pick up your call which is a mental torture. After agreement you need to agree everything they say.
Rera date will get extended so don't think rera is for consumers/us. It is for builders only.
A genuine feedback you can trust. Avoid fake reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there would be negative rating system existed, the builder has cheated to customer in his earlier project Saarthi signor and the society members are still fighting for their rights. Beware before buying any property from the specific builder. I think below given 5 star reviews are either paid or by the employees.
They cheated there customer while selling Saarthi signor flats, when one of my friend purchased the flat they said they will get covered parking but when It came to allotment they denied and gave semi covered parking that too after lots of discussions and fights. so please please beware and make sure you understand all there terms and conditions clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, please please don't go with sarthi any property. Builder is so fake, he even did not meet his commitment on possession date, whenever we ask about possession he will give you new reason for the extension period. Builder is playing with maharera, he doesn't even bother to provide the amenities and things mentioned in the agreement, he is providing vitrified tiles to the kitchen platform though it is completely mentioned in the agreement about dado tile. Nobody is cooperative in their office, they start making us fool since selling time. My recommendation is not to buy any property from this builders.
