★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place u get a full furnished 1BHK apartment at 15k, just few problems here that i would like u to know.
Apartments dont have drinking water supply or water filter so u have to buy a 20-25L water can from security for 50Rs.
All the facilities are provided are good but there no service for amenities they provide. Also owner and security just nod there head that they are working on issue we have raised.
For electricity bill sometimes bill amount will be more, I think something is wrong with electricity supply also?.
That is all my experience of past 5-6 months.
