β β β β β Unhygienic....not so good food....but if you compare with other PG's here... I guess it would be just a little above Par.... I would give 3/10 after staying nearly 1.5 years in the same building...

β β β β β Grand Regacy PG - This pg is both for boys and girls, located in hinjawadi village, hinjawadi phase 1. Near shiwaji chowk and shell petrol filling center.
This is a four storeyed building having two block, block A and block B. PG office,Kitchen, dining area, parking and cloth washing area is there in ground floor. There are 5 washing machine amongst 3 are in working condition.There is a fridge and gas connection available in ground floor for common usage.
Each floor both in A and B block having 10 rooms.All rooms almost similar in size and structure. For internet, there is wifi connection for each room, internet speed is decent.Tv is also there in all rooms.
Food quality is OK kind and not that good.food quality needs to be improved.
Care takers are very lazy, if some tells something to do such as room cleaning they will immediately reply "Abhi bohot kaam hai baad main karte hain" but wo baadmein aata nahin hain..
I never found any problem with water, electricity and internet here. In A block there is gyser in each room and for B block there are 4 solar power geyser connected in top floor.
For Security camera's are connected in each floor.
Overall this is not a very great but it's decent good pg

β β β β β Single room attached bathroom of two and three sharing. Ok pg. cleans alternate day. Itβs a boys and girls pg. food is ok for South Indians. If you pay double you can get single room.

β β β β β This is a good place to stay at...rooms are spacious....cleaning is good....have parking....and all other facilities....including TV, Wifi, washing machine...
The things that can be better....
->They knock your door..after every 4-5 days asking...Is room empty...they will bring someone to show the room
->Power backup is an issue (not available)

β β β β β Food is ok , cleaning everyday , staff is somewhat cooperative , wi-fi connectivity issue frequently. Better place to stays as compared to other PG for people coming from north side.

β β β β β insects in food, i found insects 3 times, complained about the issue, still they gave no response, the cleaner here are the laziest people in the world, they won't clean the room properly, nowadays they are not cleanimg rooms daily, i will never recommend this PG. there are a lot options better than this, contact me if any doubt. i am uploading pics of insects directly from my plate

β β β β β Food is miserable. Staff are high in attitude. Room maintenance is not bad but not upto the mark. No elevator. Near to Hinjewadi Chowk. Issues like low WiFi speed will not be solved in a day or in a week.

β β β β β It's ok and better than other PG's. Here you will get seperate rooms along with attached bathroom and other facilities unlike other PG where u have to share an 1bhk or 2bhk.
Food is ok. But the cooks and the housekeepings are very arrogant and behaves as they owns and runs the PG. They are illeterate and even don't realise that they get their food and monthly salary from our given rent.
