★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has 4 flats per floor, all 1BHKs. The rent of 1BhK for working people is around 15K
NOT at all WORTHY.
Cons: the entrance to the road/area is full of dirt. The roads are not built from the time the buildings were constructed. Construction in the place makes it more difficult.
Every cab drivers dropping you will give you smirk look.
Looks like the road gonna stay same till maybe 2020. Seems to me like Extreme pain in the rainy season with all the wet dirt everywhere.
