★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst project no water. Daily just morning 2hr n evening 2hr utility water and no drinking water.lifts and all r not maintained clean. Family plz don't come her to stay.

Not fulfil it, society ppl is facing lack of water issues , lift maintainace, generator rarely works.... I will not recommend sonigara project to any one... I m suffering bcoz I already buy this property....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here for three years. Very bad behaviour of chairman satish bomble and Suraj literally he use abusing language with family members and guest. Your family members and guests cannot enter into society easily and there is insulting behaviour they would face on security gate whenever they enter. So much issues and politics between different wings chairman. Builder gave their 100% like you won't find any problems with flat, builder provided almost everything like inverter, Aqua gaurd n all material used for flat are branded but so many problems in daily life now as no water supply literally you have to live without bath for 4 4 days, electricity issues, lift issues, security guard issues when maintenance handover to society.

Construction quality is worst.They are cheating the commoners and playing dirty politics. Not even Give the Committed amenities.
Feels like cheated by the Builder. Will never Recommend "Sonigara Projects" to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These building are full of surprises, starting from morning till the night. Problems are never ending. It's a complete mess. You can't find water in any of the taps, if you do you can make a tea for 2 people and water is not qualified to put in your mouth, it's dirty. Flush in toilet doesn't work. Weekends without electricity, no elevator. You can always find someone else's bike in your parking space. Throughout the night water tanker trucks buzz around your building, like right next to your pillow. God bless you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll write it from bachelor's point of view. The society is decent, management is decent, flats are good and no issues with guests entry at any hour. Good restaurants are also there nearby. But there's no gym and other facilities.
