★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Beverly hills people, lots of good memories with Beverly hills society but I really hate Beverly management. Give respect and take respect. I gave two star only because of management who spoiled our last stay moment. Hoping that some good people replace the current management . Don't try to be harassing tenant by creating hidden rules otherwise no one will come here to stay .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying Beverly Hills almost 4.08 years as tenant. No doubt it is a very good society for family. We were enjoying lots .. celebrated many festival together as family like lord Ganesh festival , Christmas, Holi etc.. people were very helpful.
But drawback with the society is that currently they have some hopeless people sitting in management . In simple words society is not good for tenant now. Tanent need to pay 3000 rupees for registration as initial charge and I think they will not return it back the whole money..they will deduct money for using lift and some hidden terms and conditions. At the time of vacate the flat tanent should give 8 days prior notice to society management otherwise they will charge penalty of 3000 in case of 48 hours notice and in case of 24 hours notice they will not give exist pass which was a crazy things . Need to sanitize room before leaving society . Anyways I was not aware of their rules even my owner was not aware of it. Tanent communication should be directly with owner not society management.
I want to give 4.5 star but my last staying experience wasn't good as society management created unnecessary environment and spoil the moment. So I gave 3 star..
Advice to management is that please circulate your policy with owner and tanent through message and registered mailid so that they are aware of your policy.. don't try to create unnecessary environment where your reputation will harm. No one will come if you are not treating others properly. Bring some responsible person in management who should know how to respect others and create good environment.
At last it was my personal point of view and I am sharing my experience . It's for just awareness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M staying here for almost three years and i am happy with the society and ameneties provided here, such as play ground for kids, swimming pool, pool, billiards and society office, view of top floors is awesome, construction wise it is good, safe for families as guards are there 24 hrs at main enterance and any visitor coming would need approval first, childrens cant go out while playing, parking space is there, no water issues, nice and clean and green society, cameras installed almost all corners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most important please be aware of broker ** Rani Matai and Ali *** if you are planing to move here.
Worst and cheap people , once you approach them they will have a sweet talk and grab a month rent as brokerage fees.
They will get the flat repaired and painted with cheap quality and show us as favor done.
And soon you see lot of issues in flat like leakage, paint, basin drainage issue and you have bear all this expenses.
Any direct approach to flat owner is of no issue.
And while we were leaving in detailed video was taken showing that we damage there property and took 20k from deposit which i never got.
So please save your hard earn money from this cheap people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying here as a tenant for the last six years, never thought of going away. The amenities and atmosphere here are great.
Hats off to the management team, they are always on their toes and work hard for the betterment of the society.
Never felt like a tenant, as everyone here treated as a part one family.
During the COVID times and lockdowns, be it a security guard, manager, or the chairman himself took good care of the society residents and their needs.
The environment here is lively as they celebrate every festival and national day.
The recent Box cricket event of the Beverly hills Premier League was fun, where everyone got a chance to show their cricket skills, to interact and socialize.
