★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my sister's wedding... A very big thanks to the entire Orritel staff and Management for the smooth and well organised execution... A special thanks to the manager Mr.Prem for his extended support... There was no instructions to be given again... Everything was as planned... There were few things which he kept doing proactively without being told... Thanks alot team...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is literally a OYO category hotel. Not even 1 star hotel. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Worst service. They literally take 20-30mins for everything. I had asked for water a couple of times and every time they took 20mins to get it. They don't have shower gel. I asked for shower gel and they gave me the box of hand wash. pathetic staff, very rude. Not a place for a family to stay. You will get far better hotels in the same budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well managed hotel on the main road although the entrance looks little dark when the street lights outside aren't working. Needs a bit more lighting in the entrance and parking areas.
They have a nice outdoor lawn area and very well decorated lobby. The highlight is a spacious banquet hall that can house easily 100 plus guests and this extends itself into a small party area with a bar counter and dj counter as well.
Very patient and courteous staff complements this property as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is not worth of price. This is not 3 star hotel, it is a Mangal karyalaya. I stayed twice every time hotel is full with marriages, related programs & lot of noise. Even they allowed bands in marriage, this is really shocking. You will feel you came in Shadi function & not in hotel. Hotel rooms are older types, prices are very high. Food is good but prices are way high. Surprisingly they charge additional 10% service tax, even if you consume food in their restaurants. Only plus is service of Restaurant female lead who is very genuine & prompt in giving service. Suggest to book this hotel only if you do not have any other choice in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service too late. Cleanliness negative. Pictures are just the opposite of the reality. Hygiene negative. Horrible experience.
I took some tissues extra and I was questioned for the same. He literally asked me why do you need these many tissues for. How can someone question me for tissues. The hotel is really cheap. My hand wash got over and when I asked them to refill it they brought a bisleri bottle quarter filled with some pink color solution. I told them no and next day bought it from a store. They use cheap quality stuff. I've seen them refill the shampoo bottles with big cans. They collect all the shampoo bottle, toiletries and refill. No COVID protocol followed. No hygiene maintained. Thorough inspection should be done. Do not stay ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Work by the team. We had a marriage function organised there for 3 days. Hotel staff is quite professional and prompt. Food was awesome and as per demand. Special thanks to Prem the manager of the event, he was always ready and managed the event in a very smooth way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good property located near to the highway with worst in Service and Policies. The Management is ready to tweak its own policies as per its own comfort.
I had a disaster booking this hotel in my history of staying in hotels. Example : Guests are visiting at your home, and you are not allowed inside because you have few more guests tagging along with you who are not going to stay with you for more than an hour and they will leave immediately after meeting with you. You won't be allowed to check-in for this reason.
This hotel has cover charges for additional guests who uses lifts and goes up to your room or meet you inside room, not even your guest is allowed to see you in room. You will have to meet only in lobby or external area. Not a single wording on white paper regarding cover charges has been defined in there Policies on any portal but still they are adamant about cover charges for anyone who comes to your room. A below reply from owner says i was doing photo-shoot. I was not here for any photo-shoot nor i did got any photographer to click pictures inside or outside the property premises. They randomly replies without knowing the reality what had happened. I had well informed Reception a day before that additional people will tag in for few hours and he had agreed, the next day when people tagged in he flipped away to his words.
My Room AC was not cooling and it was hot scorching summer outside, Technician came and cleaned the filter still cooling was not happening. Maybe they even don't refill gas for AC's. Even there lobby during noon is extreme hot, with no cooling system, wondering i feel bad for the Receptionist due to Hospitality policy they have to wear Suits/Blazers and have to bear with the heat.
Again i would say, the property, location and the hotel is Good, but bad management and absurd policies which you will hardly see anywhere, makes this hotel a very bad visit place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean hotel,have stayed here before,the view from the backside rooms are bad though.Rooms are spacious with all amenities.Restaurant is tasty but few items like mineral water (₹50) masala ground nut (₹150) are unnecessarily exorbitantly priced.Breakfast was tasty though with very limited options(regular items like poha upma idli dosa etc missing )Staff behaviour is very good and eager to help.
Overall it was pleasant stay as this hotel is located conveniently and has a pleasant & positive vibe.
