★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just heavenly place. ?The riverfront view of the society is just awesome. Away from city chaos, You don't have to go out anywhere in weekends.
Gym, swimming pool Cycle track, jogging track is also there. Your mornings will be different for sure ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best to live if you want a peaceful life and experience the beauty of nature day in and day out. I live in Tower 23. During all the season it is worth experiencing the nature from the high floors of Blue Ridge (Best during rainy). Very good society with all the amenities and a club house. I always have a good time jogging around the Blue Ridge circle and there are often many events at all the units of Blue Ridge ( a,b,c) I have been living here for the past 1.5 years. The journey so far is good and loving it each and every day. Tower 23 and 22 have similar views from the top floors. It's peace and no disturbance in this area. Look at some the pictures from my balcony and bedroom window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with sales so feel it’s my moral duty to share to make others aware. We loved the township (though it’s pricey) and after three visits agreed to buy. During all three visits Rate X was negotiated and agreed for a 3Bhk.
A day later when I wanted to pay and block the flat, the boss of the sales guy appears and says no rate X Is wrong you need to pay rate Y due to system issue. That became a sore point cause it meant at any point they could change numbers. It’s a matter of trust. So I declined and gave them options.
I said if it’s a system issue why don’t you adjust one year maintenance to it and give me. I will pay rate Y. No.
OR Since you’ll have committed rate X and it’s embarrassing now to increase for your misquote, give me a higher floor and I pay rate Y. No.
Well if it’s a system issue and if your system accepts a lower value than Rate X, would you give me that lower rate? the answer is no.
So why go back on your words and humiliate your own sales guy and anger a customer with a sudden increased rate?
The thing is builders don’t understand not respect that the customer needs to slog blood / sweat / tears for 15-20yrs to save 1cr.. worse if it’s a bank loan then over a lifetime customer pays 1.5cr and which needs one to work for 20-25yrs.
If a customer and his family after months of search finalizes one dream home and rate has been agreed thrice on three separate days within a week, the least you can do is respect your staff, your word, your customer.
In my experience Paranjpe doesn’t.
