★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their CRM team is very pathetic. They only respond when they are asking money for demand letter.
For E and F wing more than 90% money has already been given but they still cannot share the possession date and asked for 1 year extension. I do not get the logic how after max payment they are asking 1 more year for possession? The reason they give is Covid and yes i can understand. But during covid also they asked money through demand letter. Very upset with such a so called big brand in Pune. Even a small time builder gives better service than KP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolte Patil Team, from sales team to CRM team all are fake mouth people and team is pathetic to the core, will never answer your call, unclear about the site visit, Possession kab milega? CRM team iska jawab kabhi nhi dege coz they are not bothered and least interested in giving clarity, progress report is never sent on time, it is that we must follow up with CRM (Madam progress report kab milega?) as if it is my work to ask them every month (Aisa report jo clarity bhi nhi deta progress ka, Garbage report), they will be goody goody only when they are asking money for demand letter. E wing at the time of booking was 85% (Feb 2021) completed as per sales team and to complete remaining 15% they are taking 1 year on top of that more than 90% money has already been given and site visit is also not possible, I do not get the logic The reason they give is Covid and yes i can understand. But during covid also they asked money through demand letter.
I have lost trust in KP brand (so called best in class customer satisfaction)
