★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the review below are for Palash and Palash 2e society. This is Palash A&B Society previously known as Posh Ville. These are first two buildings in Palash series and the society is formed separately as Palash A&B. The society from building C onwards is different for which the bad reviews are given here.

Not a favorable place to live specially with a child or a baby. Very bad for tenants

Lifts are really small, you might encounter some trouble while shifting or trying to move any bulky items.
Parking is another point of concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad for tenants but might be good for owners. Difficult to spend time at home sometime due to lot of bad smell in society and bad management from society office. As a tenant, you can't expect any support from them on human grounds. Lot of mosquitoes as well.
