★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here since 2 years...pros: clean, accessible, good parking space, generator backup for lifts and common lights. Cons: Its a standalone building so no club house or common social activities, also since lot of residents are PG with a local don owning a majority of flats here, family-like atmosphere is less.
