★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a single stand alone building of 18storey in Wakad. With a known name of developer my sister in law bought a Flat here. Considering they had built a trust in past few years. However building is not upto the mark of expectations and big thumbs down for quality of construction ? of outer walls are waving and clearly visible from outside.
Internal quality still better.
If you see the building feels like not value for money and invested in local project.
This project has limited amenities and NO swimming pool ??♂️.
Think before you buy.
