★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check existing projects of this builder, all of them are in pathetic state.
No quality, no service, no handover, no maintenance n no conveyance...
Check their project Suyog Saffron in Rahatani and meet residents there.
Observer that still there's bo compound wall on front side, compound wall on other sides have fell many times and residents constructed fallen portions.
No conveyance and builder is not even cooperating for it when residents society made a committee and are spending on lawyer for it.
Low quality and cheap builder who'll talk very sweet untill you pay and then they'll show you their real colours.
Avoid if you have hard earned money and/or if you are looking for peaceful life and stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bogus builder, does not complete the project and leaves residents on their own after taking money. Buy with good builder and good project. This builder will offer you rate lower than market but quality will be super cheap with no after sales service.

Suyog builder should think before keeping such sales perosn.
Worst builder I visited till now.. never buy home here..

Second.. Construction quality 1 no. Even they provided more internal amenities, what while we had deal.
Some time there office persons behaviour not good but builders will resolved as they can.
Special thanks to Mr. Bhor sir, for their commitments and nice bonding with us and provided good quality of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person behaviour (especially body language) is not at all professional . They feel that it is their monopoly and customer will not find any other flat in Pimpri Chinchwad area and they want you to book the flat immediately on the same day even though the approvals are not in place and increasing the price if you visit next day. I recommend that every customer shall visit atleast 3-4 other site and make comparison for atleast a week or two before finalizing with any builder. Because it is your life time income you are putting in. Do not take any decision in hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Sales Person due to their commission they will refrain you to meet the builder and also they will not negotiate to right amount which builder can do and u will loose interest in the project due to these unprofessional behaviour and unnecessary talks from sales person sitting in office and u will misguided that they are suyog sales person but they have some internal settings for extra commission like regular CP's. Avoid meeting these unprofessional people , always meet Mr. Bhor Directly else u will loose interest in project as these sales people doesn't care about the deal.
Suggestions to Mr. Bhor :- Please keep good and professional staff these folks are degrading your image.
