- there balcony sliders doesn't include mosquito net which has to be basic must on builder side , but if you point, you are being asked to pay additionally for that
- Dry balcony for 2 and 3bhk are so small that a standard size front load machine is difficult to fit or won't fit at all. Again if you need a fix for it, you need to pay for it separately due to there architectural fault.
- Multiple flats in Manhattan are south facing but just twisted for selling purpose, may come as surprise who has booked it seeing sample in Brooklyn
- Corridor space for 2bk clashes very well among 3 flats
- bathroom fittings are of poor quality

Read one start ratings, you will get better picture of this builder. All five start ratings are from builders employees.
This builder is giving false commitments and NOT following his own words.
Not responding to their existing customers.
Also there are many site which are going very very slow or completely stopped working.
Think 1000 times before putting your hard money.
