Have club house,gym & swimming pool facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction, The location is HOT in Wakad, it has sweeming pool, gym, temple, ample parking places, children play area, Garden.. the list is long.. and Awesome society and very well meintained. The property value has a natural appretiation in it's value because of the development around.

Very convenient area with main street and PMPML bus stops.
Gated security. Nice project by GK Wonders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good residential place in Wakad area in the outskirt of Pune city. It is near clean very nicely maintained society. It is having swimming pool, gym, temple, children play area in the campus. Nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like a jail in here. Commitee members rules the society, they don't like questions asked and one crore rules for everyone except for the committee members. They treat tenants as they are residing for free. Vedanta is in the newspapers or in the news because of the close connections with some big people.
