★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good, but progress is very very slow. It looks like for completion it will take at least 10 years. One of my friend booked flat in 1st tower in 2015 and still waiting for the completion & possession. Builder keep on dragging possession date by 3 to 4 months. No one is ready to buy his resale flat also due instability of possession date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought kalpataru is brand but after purchasing flat in so called premium project, I came to know that brand is completely managed as their pre/ post sales service is so much pathetic. They do not care their customer nor fix issues whatever customer facing once they sold flat. I strongly not suggest to buy flat in Kalpataru base on false publicity. Really worst experience what we had with co called premium project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most uncustomer friendly builder. Construction quality is horrible. They don't keep a single promise. Their architect and engineers are not capable of even selecting a proper door stopper to function properly.
They have given possession of flat without amenities, without video door security, without mseb meter, without security. On top of that they are stopping goods to be carried from ground floor and forcing people to unload goods at 50 meter away from lift in basement .
Lift size is so small that anybody including. A chai wala gets awed looking at size of lift after seeing project size. JUST HORROBLE..
I will never advise anyone to go for Kalpataru projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Unprofessiobnal group. The staff is horrible. They just dont care for the customer once he/she has booked a flat. They have worst architect and construction has too many serious design issues. They play around with Parking to cheat customer. We are part of 200+ buyers of Kalpataru Exquisite propety and the experience is SIMPLY HORRIBLE

2. Unthoughtful internal architecture
2. Unprofessional and unresponsive CRM. Many a times you would feel ignored/avoided.
3. Doesn't feel that you are dealing with an awarded premium builder.
4. Final payment done and waiting since 3 weeks for possession formalities to be initiated. Haven't even received the receipts yet.
5. Was requesting for mailing address update since over an year but no result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant, unprofessional sales team. They don't know when amenities are going to complete. They don't have any project information. Not interested in selling flat. Parking space is very small. Lift size are so small 4 people can't go together. Builder delayed possession of 2 buildings by 2.5 years. Builder and their sales team don't care about customers. All false and fake promises. High prices. Many other projects available with less price and good quality. Don't consider this project to buy flat. They will cheat and default in possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad sales team. I went there to see the flat for the last wing which is under construction. The sales person had no interest in talking. No brochure. No price sheet given. It was assured that everything will sent on WhatsApp but after 3 weeks. No response from their side yet. It felt like it's my need to book flat in their project. Sales guy was pathetic. He hardly knew anything and was full of ego and attitude. I have seen 15-20 others properties but the experience here was extremely bad.
