★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No visitors parking even though they have so many Banks and Showrooms. Security ask to park on footpaths. Showroom and Bank entrance are not so visitor friendly. Place definitely miss the charm.

The property is at a prime location and offers a wonderful accessibility to Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, Pimple Saudagar and many more smaller settlements. The facilities are good and clean. Ample parking for the offices (Not many for cars though). Apart from the evening traffic, not much of an inconvenience to find a parking outside though. Total blocks: 2; Total Towers: 4, Total number of floors: 5;
