I had ordered an AC there, which they delivered after a week, that too after repeated complaints. Then I didn't receive the promised warranty letter of 1+4, I again had go to store many times and complain then after two weeks I got it.
I am not sure the case about others i personally had a very very bad experience here.

Safety measures are upto date with temperature checking, sanitizer placed etc.
