Rating revised from 5 Stars to 1 Star based on my experience after delivery of product - due to following reasons
- I had clearly instructed staff not to deliver old product to me, since if at all I wanted old product, I could have ordered online and saved 6K
- Inspite of it, - Product delivered was manufactured in July 2018, so almost 10 months old. Same old batch product was available online for 6K less.
- When I called back to MEC person and asked to replace the product with latest one, they said it is not possible and all TVs that they have are old only!! The showroom persons did not give me name and phone number of showroom manager even after asking repeatedly.
- Finally when I told them that I will dump the product back and launch a complaint with Grahak Panchayet, they agreed to replace the product (but even that time or till today they did not give me the showroom manager name and contact details)
- Now the product is replaced with latest product (remember first time they said they do not have latest product at all - which means that they sell old products to customers which they must be buying for less price)
Overall experience - Felt being cheated by this company, needed to fight to get right product by spending 50K.
NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Review based on Shop visit and order completion - 5 Stars
I went here after reading Google reviews. And here are facts as against what I thought of (due to the 3 star rating)
1) Car parking space was available in front of the shop (see photo) in some review it was written no parking space so I parked my car long distance
2) Staff was helpful and provided complete demo of product as well as gave highly competitive rate at par with online shops. Also told me about all available schemes of getting more discount.
I got 5% discount on ICICI or hdfc or axis debit or credit card
I will update review after the product delivery about delivery time, quality etc

Do not provide any original bill, they will say that they will do whats app or send email by tomorrow. Never preferrable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service, i would suggest don't buy any items from this shop especially Chinchwad. Staff is careless about your delivery.
This just take money and fool you with delivery timelines. I purchased one cooler which was delivered late and with missing wheels. Even it is not worth chasing them, most of the time they don't ans your phone, and if ans then disconnect with out giving you satisfactory ans. Never seen such ignorant customer service.
