The team is very enthusiastic and helps the customers choose the right product. All the team members here have customer centric approach. As promised they arranged for the stock and also kept updating about the order progress. Rates are very competitive and unbeatable. Good parking space in and around the showroom. I would definitely recommend this showroom for my friends and serious buyers.

Their sales person Mr.Kailash helped us in selecting suitable products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had placed order on Friday, 3rd September 2021, for 4 ceiling fans and offered to pay advance in full. But one of the staff told us that they will first arrange the stock and then we can pay them. Next day they called us to inform that the stock has arrived and we can pick it up. So we told them that we will pick it up on Monday 6th September, as we were away during the weekend. Acvordingly we booked an electrician for today, and came to the store to pick up the fans. Inspite having offered to pay advance in full, on arriving at the store, we were told that the fans have been sold to someone else as we had not paid any advance for it. At the same the remaining staff too were unresponsive and totally ignored our grievance. This was highly unprofessional from a brand store like Havells. Not only was it an insult as a client, but they also wasted our time and money.
