★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats may be nice but I found the layout old-fashioned. The security guards and the manager of the society are very rude. They threaten you in the name of rules and regulations that are imposed on the people who stay there. There are n number of rules in the society which has no logic and base. Tenants are charged a heftly fees to access the amenities and that too in their frame of society's rules although you pay a monthly maintenance fees included in your rent. Advise to these big names- let the house be as comfortable as home and flexibility always brings gains not only to the consumer but the seller also.

Nearby Jain Mandir, Datta Mandir and Star Bazaar make this place more worthy.
